Almond/hazelnut De-hulling Line XHTF500-I

FUNCTION

The almond processing line provides an one-stop solution for food industry. It can grade nuts, de-hul and separate shells. The machine can be also used to process hazelnut.

COMPONENTS

The processing line TFXZ-500 consists of:

Grading/sizing machine: 1 set,

De-hulling and pre-separator: 1 set,

Shells separator: 1 set,

Electric control cabinet: 1 set.

GRADING/SIZING MACHINE

Consists of input hopper, elevator and sizing machine. It is used for grading.sizing in-shell almonds into 4 grades.

DE-HULLING AND PRE-SEPARATING MACHINE

Consists of input hopper, elevator, de-huller, separating screen, elevator for un-hulled almond, conveying sieve for un-hulled almond. It can de-hull almond grade by grade, then separate out the small shells and un-hulled almonds from kernels.

SHELLS SEPARATOR

Consists of input hopper, elevator and two separators. It is used to sort out shells from almond kernels.
